Absolutely! If you are not 200% satisfied with your cleaning service, notify us within seven days. We will arrange to come re-clean your home free of charge.
Spot On Maids services are based on home size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, resulting in a flat rate, so customers always know the price before scheduling their appointments.
Yes! We offer a 20% discount for weekly cleaning, 15% discount for bi-weekly cleaning and 10% discount for monthly cleaning. Please note that discount is applied on the 2nd cleaning.

Yes. If you require someone to clean on a by-the-hour basis, our hourly charge is $40 per hour. Spot On requires a minimum booking time of three hours for this service.

All cancellations must be received at least one day before your scheduled appointment and by no later than 5pm or you will incur a $50 CANCELLATION FEE.
No, we do not move heavy furniture. However, you are welcome to move the furniture and our Maids will gladly clean around it for you.
No, they do not apply. There is a 3 hour minimum when using the hourly rate.
